Our Service Desk accounts for both 1st and 2nd Line IT Support although it is based in the UK, we can offer support to users worldwide. Unlike other companies, every one of our IT Service Desk staff is a highly trained IT professional who is able to take ownership of each call and effectively diagnose and resolve issues as fast as possible. This means that with the CSR Service Desk, you will never encounter a call logger or be stranded.
A key feature of the CSR Service Desk is that we can manage all your 3rd Parties (if you want us to do so). This means that no matter what, you will have a contact point for each and every of your IT issues. Simply log the issue with us and we will proceed to communicate with the 3rd party all the way through to resolution, saving you valuable time.
