Maintenance/Support:

Guaranteed Same day break-fix service.  As part of our service, we provide a 4 hour response for breakdown service calls.   Although in Milton Keynes, 1- 3 hours onsite can be expected.  We keep our product mix purposely narrow, supplying the best in range for to suit each requirement.  This allows us to hold more than just consumables parts in our engineers vehicles ensuing the vast majority of calls are fixed upon first visit.

Automated toner supply:

Web based software used to track print/copy/scan volumes, supply of toner by device, included real time service alerts for prompt response.  By using remote software, we’re able to not only manage your toner supply efficiently, but also your non toner related consumables i.e drums & fusers also.  This ensures you receive pro active service support keeping your device in serviceable condition.

Toner inclusive Service:

Service inclusive of all parts, spares, toner and break fix maintenance support.  By taking advantage of a toner inclusive maintenance package, you benefit from the visibility of your running costs ongoing today, and in the future.  A maintenance package agrees sets out your costs ongoing, so you’re not left with any unexpected costs in future.

Swap out guarantee:

“We provide swap out guarantees for all new devices, for peace of mind”.  Although situations such as a non-repairable devices are rare, situations like this are costly.  We provide our customers with the added security, should a device become uneconomical to repair, we offer to swap the device with a like for like equivalent at our cost, not yours.
