ISDN is set to be switched off by BT in January 2027, with no new orders being taken after 2020 as part of a 5-year phase out extended by 2 years.

If your phone does not have a network cable it will not work from 2027. Therefore, you have to go digital using VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol).
