Evolving copier and printer needs

CSR Digital maintains our fleet of printers and copiers across Milton Keynes and Northampton. They have the remote technology to know when we need to restock our toners – they get a notification when we are running low and we get toner products we need in the post without even knowing we were running low or even needed them.
We don’t just print and copy
Some of our departments scan their post and save it electronically. We are also getting more intelligent with what we are printing and CSR Digital help us with this.
When contract renewals arise, we sit down together, look at all our devices and discuss what is best for the business.
Instead of assuming we need to replace everything CSR Digital help us look at the lifespan of each device. We look at how much each device is being used.
We value this process.
Fast response times
If anyone in any team raises a ticket – perhaps something is smudging, jamming or simply not behaving, CSR Digital react quickly.
If we raise a ticket before 2pm they typically come out to us that same day. If it’s a little later in the day they are with us the following morning. We can’t fault their support.
A high level of trust has been established over the years. Requirements of the Firm are listened to and solutions are found. Proposals by CSR have meant a decrease in fees.
With CSR Digital’s support we are collating more intelligence to ensure we are smarter with our printing and copying. For example, utilising devices that are cheaper to print on and setting system rules around this. This intelligence is vital.
Local support
We are always open to CSR Digital’s suggestions and value the fact they are local. The whole team are easy to talk to, they aren’t salesy at all which would put me off.Â
