We’ve been celebrating our 30th birthday this year and 2024 has been a particularly exciting and successful year for our team at CSR Digital. Here are just a few of our successes and highlights … wishing all our customers, partners and the wider community a happy Christmas and peaceful New Year…

Our 30th birthday

From humble beginnings in 1994 to the thriving business we have today – we have been experts in print management since day one and now offer everything from unified comms and telephony to managed IT support, cyber security services and managed public
cloud solutions.

New website

We want to thank everyone involved in helping us launch a new website this year. Feedback has been fabulous and it is easier than ever to spotlight our clients and showcase our services.

Giving back

We launched a fundraising campaign earlier this summer and, following hundreds of nominations and votes from our customers and supporters, we unveiled Milton Keynes charity Emily’s Star and Northamptonshire based charity SERVE as the winners.

We already collect hundreds of used toner cartridges every year from our customers and now we will be
weaving this service into our commitment to supporting local and giving back.

So, over the next 12 months we will be donating £1 from every toner we collect from our customers and splitting the proceeds between Emily’s Star and SERVE. Both are charities we are proud and excited to be supporting in 2025.

Digital Dilemmas & Solutions

Earlier this year we launched a new blog, courtesy of our IT Director Vince. In the first ‘Digital Dilemmas & Solutions’ Vince talks about “how few people actually make the most of all their current IT and telephony features”.

In this top tip-crammed guide Vince aims to help you make the most of all the functionality you’ve most likely already invested in and paid for.

Jargon-free

Endpoints, virtual local area network hopping, bare-metal restore and a cloud virtual private network – yikes, tons of technical terms and IT jargon. Read on and all will become clear. Here is our jargon free spotlight for you on cyber security.

As we celebrate the festive season, please note that our offices will be closed from 25th December to 2nd January. We’ll be back and ready to assist you from 2nd January.

Thank you

Northamptonshire MIND, a mental health charity set up to listen, support, take action and help build better mental health in Northants, kindly hosted us at their 60th birthday celebration event.

We also went to an event in Nottingham with SERVE – and joined this life saving charity at the East Midlands regional Great British Care Awards. Congratulations to ‌Serve for winning Best Homecare Team in the East Midlands.

Coming up

One of our priorities for the New Year will be securing the government accreditation Cyber Essentials Plus. This is all about practising what we preach – and we will be encouraging our customers to also aim for more accreditations.
