Revamping and improving our telephone systems

Following our initial meeting, CSR Digital has worked with us on an across-the-board review of outdated telephone systems. We had issues with our clients not being able to reach the person they needed to talk to, which led to poor customer service and frustrations. Our organisation has transitioned from old phone systems to more modern telecom solutions and CSR Digital has been instrumental in devising a modern system for purpose. CSR Digital has also supplied a new, state-of-the-art photocopier and provided staff with comprehensive training.

Our ongoing relationship

We now have a fully fleshed out project plan which will allow SERVE to implement and develop our systems in line with our vision. We value highly our partnership with CSR Digital and we have found their support responsive and clear. I have no hesitation in recommending CSR Digital.
