Northamptonshire based SERVE and Milton Keynes based Emily’s Star
have been unveiled as our two new charity partners.
Here at CSR Digital we launched our toner donation initiative earlier this summer and, following hundreds of nominations and votes from our customers and supporters, these two charities have been confirmed as our winners.
We already collect hundreds of used toner cartridges every year from our customers and this year, as part of our 30th birthday celebrations, we want to weave this service into its our commitment to supporting local and giving back.
Over the next 12 months we will be donating £1 from every toner we collect from our customers and splitting the proceeds between these two wonderful causes.
Emily’s Star
Emily’s Star supports premature babies and children with complex needs in Milton Keynes. The small charity provides neonatal boxes for babies who are born premature and memory making activities as well as one to one support to families of children with complex needs and life limiting conditions.
The charity was established in 2012 in memory of Emily who was born with Edwards Syndrome and was supported by both the neonatal unit and the children with complex needs nursing team.
Katie Mainwaring, CEO and Founder, said: “Being selected as one of the CSR Digital charities of choice is truly incredible for Emily’s Star. Every £1 from toner recycling means we will be able to bring more smiles, support, and care to seriously ill children and their families. It’s proof that even small actions can create life-changing impact.”
SERVE
SERVE provides services and assistance to older people and adults with disabilities, and their carers in Northamptonshire. The charity’s aim is to provide the highest quality of health and social care to enable people to remain living independently within their own homes.
Nick Tite, Fundraising Manager for SERVE, said: “We are delighted to be working with CSR Digital – community and corporate support is vital in enabling us to help people to live independently in their own homes.
“Thank you to CSR Digital and to all those who voted for us. This ongoing commitment not only helps us make a difference in our community but also inspires others to join in our mission. Together, we can create lasting change.”

Recycling toners
CSR Digital, based in Rushden Northamptonshire, collects hundreds of used toner cartridges every year from its customers – so we are looking forward to generously supporting SERVE and Emily’s Star over the coming year.
