We are recruiting.

Our Rushden based company is family run, service led, small and mighty. Now in our 30th year, we are looking to expand. To help us do this we are looking for the right people to join our team and help generate new sales and business opportunities.

We are more interested in recruiting the right people than recruiting people with masses of sector experience. Yes, you might have sales and telemarketing experience. But you might also be brand new to it and ready to learn.

About the position

As a B2B Telesales Executive, you will be making lots of phone calls to our database of potential customers. We will support you and train you.

• In terms of the working hours, we are very flexible.
• If you have caring commitments and need to work around these that is fine.
• We can also offer part time hours to suit school hours.

Responsibilities

Targets

We would typically expect our telesales team to make around 20 to 30 calls per hour (dependant on talk time), which will be recorded (a best practise requirement) to support the Telesales Exec, and identify training requirements. We look to book at least one customer facing meeting a week. All of this can be discussed at interview and upon recruitment.

Wage

Dependant on hours and experience. Salary (Circa £23K pro rota) plus commission on sales made from booked meetings On Target Earnings (OTE) circa £26,600 per annum.

Hours

Hours to suit but typically 4 hours per day and three days per week (Tuesdays to Thursdays preferred).
